Looking for reasons to train in the off season?

Try our “OFF Season Training Challenge”

Top Female and Top Male will win free admission to all MBTC races.

The season will begin January 16th till end of February.

Email Pspolitis@aol.com or Email me through Facebook (preferred.) on sunday on how many minutes you trained in (Minutes convert to points).

  • Swimming
  • Running
  • Cycling
  • Crossfit ( Can be any active sport, gym workouts or workout classes)

 

We will keep a running log on our website

Example of log

  1. swim: 120
  2. run: 180
  3. cycling: 240
  4. crossfit: 90
  5. total: 630 points for the week.

Congradulations to May Lauzon & Kevin Cottingham for King & Queen of Winter! Both win free admission to all MBTC events.

MBTC hit almost 50,000 minutes of training for February. We will use this as our bench mark and challenge other clubs in winter games.
